Being one of Winnipeg's finest custom home builders, the floor plans featured here are to give
the potential customer an idea of what we are capable of producing. No floor plan is set in
stone as we mould each project to meet the customer's want and needs.

All floor plans are featured, in-house designs and we would be more than happy to speak with
you about the details of any the plans shown here.

Two storeys are cost efficient, maximizing living space while keeping cost to a minimum.

Walk outs combine the traits of either bungalows or two storeys with the added feature of access from the lower level to the back yard.
