1) Client Coordinator

We are seeking a Client Coordinator to support homeowners once their contract is finalized and their build is ready to begin. This role focuses on client communication, selections coordination, quote and pricing follow-up, and change order administration.

The right candidate will enjoy working with people, be comfortable managing many moving parts at once, and be able to help clients feel informed and supported throughout the build process. This role works closely with our internal team, suppliers, and clients to help keep projects moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a main point of contact for clients throughout the home building process

  • Respond to client questions and emails in a clear, professional, and timely manner

  • Meet with clients at key stages of the build process

  • Coordinate client selection appointments with suppliers

  • Track selections and follow up on outstanding client decisions

  • Review and organize quotes related to selections, upgrades, and changes

  • Assist with pricing and preparation of change orders

  • Prepare and manage change orders for client review and approval

  • Help ensure client decisions are accurately reflected in project information

  • Work closely with internal team members, suppliers, and trades to support smooth communication

  • Assist with warranty and service-related communication as needed

  • Help create a positive, organized, and well-supported client experience throughout the build

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, client coordination, project coordination, residential construction, interior selections, or a related field

  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and follow-ups at once

  • Comfortable reviewing quotes, pricing information, and client-facing documentation

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software

  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when managing client questions or concerns

Assets

  • Experience working with homeowners in custom home building or renovation

  • Experience with selections, quotes, and change orders

  • Understanding of residential construction terminology and process

  • Experience working with suppliers, trades, or project teams

  • Experience with SoftPlan or similar residential drafting software

  • Experience with minor design work, plan revisions, or electrical plan updates in a residential construction setting

What We Offer

  • $60,000 - $70,000 annual salary, depending on experience

  • 3 weeks of vacation

  • Approximately 1.5 weeks of additional paid office closure in December

  • Profit-sharing bonus based on company success

  • Work-from-home and in-office flexibility after training

  • A small team environment with close collaboration and meaningful involvement in our projects
